Are you passionate about impact and motivated to help entrepreneurs grow their businesses This role is for you.
You will be an integral part of the delivery team for the Growth Driver Program (GDP) BDCs flagship advisory solution. Working closely with an Executive Advisor a highly experienced senior executive you will carry out strategic mandates with some of the most promising companies in Canada.
Your responsibilities will include:
Conduct in-depth research and analysis.
Co-create the customer journey and deliverables.
Interact directly with management teams to assess their situation and identify opportunities for growth.
Manage the sequence of work related to projects.
The High Impact Firms (HIF) team supports a select group of ambitious companies with the potential to become sustainable leaders in their sector. BDCs Signature programs offer transformational support over several years far beyond just reporting: we actively support our clients in the implementation of their strategies.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Are you a curious analytical and adaptable person able to collaborate with leaders from all industries Here are the qualities and skills we value:
Passion for entrepreneurship and the development of Canadian businesses.
Undergraduate degree in business economics engineering or other analytical field (masters degree: an asset).
7 to 10 years of experience in industry consulting or investment banking (or a combination).
Strong interest in continued learning.
Experience in project management (an asset).
Strong financial analysis and modeling skills.
Excellent time management and ability to manage multiple mandates simultaneously.
Developed interpersonal skills and sense of collaboration.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 tools (Excel PowerPoint Word).
Availability to travel up to 25% of the time (locally provincially or interprovincially).
CPA designation (an asset).
