Summary
The PhysicalTherapy Technician generally functions under the general supervision of thelicensed therapists in performing patient related activities. Prepares equipment for treatment; performshousekeeping duties for the facility; assists the therapists with selectedpatient care procedures; performs other diverse duties as required for thesmooth and safe operation of the clinical support in a manner that guarantees treatment care andsafety of patients regardless of race creed age (e.g. infants childrenadolescents adults geriatrics ages 0 - 120 years) gender or disabilitywithout bias or prejudice.

Advanced Orthopedic and Spine Certification Requirements
(CR.1c) As part of the Advanced Orthopedic and Spine Certification at a minimum the Program direct-care staff must have eight (8) hours of education specific to the Program scope initially and at least annually thereafter.
(CR.1e) As part of the Advanced Orthopedic and Spine Certification staff possess adaptability to processes as related to up-to-date best practices collaboration between departments compliance with protocols/processes communication cooperation and exceptional customer service.
