Job Summary
JOB PURPOSE :
The Activations Specialist is responsible for the backend execution of marketing strategies ensuring high-quality deliverables and optimized campaign performance. This role focuses on the technical and operational aspects of campaign implementation working closely with the creative team to produce and execute retention marketing must be an expert in Braze.
KEY RESULTS / KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPIs) :
- Campaign Accuracy (error rate)
- Campaign Timeliness (vs timeline)
- Optimization Results (Campaign performance)
- Collaboration Efficiency (feedback from Creatives)
- Support Effectiveness (feedback from Client Strategist)
- Client Invoice Value Managed (Total invoice value of the clients managed)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Execute and optimize email SMS and other retention marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with copywriters and graphic designers to produce high-quality and high-converting emails.
- Execute optimization plans to boost retention marketing performance.
- Quality check campaigns to ensure error-free deliverables.
- Collaborate with the Client Strategist to build client presentations showcasing insights and campaign performance.
- Support ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed.
KEY QUALIFICATIONS :
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration Communications or related field (or equivalent work experience)
- 2 years of experience in retention marketing email marketingor digital campaign execution
- Candidate must be an expert in Braze
- Proficient in executing email and SMS campaigns
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email customization and troubleshooting (preferred).
- Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics Excel or dashboards)
- Strong attention to detail for error-free campaign execution
- Excellent time management to meet campaign deadlines
