We are seeking a Junior IT Service Desk Analyst to join our Information Technology & Digital team.

To be successful in this role you will need:
- Bachelors degree (AQF Level 7) in IT Networking or Computer Science or equivalent industry certification.
- Intermediate knowledge of software programs in particular Microsoft suite of programs such as Windows 10 and Office 365.
It would be a bonus if you had:
- 1-year or more working experience in Information Technology (IT) role(s).
What you will be doing
The Junior IT Service Desk Analyst is the level-1 support contact for all IT support queries at RASA and involved in installing deploying maintaining and troubleshooting a medium size technology environment encompassing a combination of Microsoft Windows 10 Workstations Video Conferencing Technology and Mobile Devices.
