About the Role
As a Support Worker with Wellways youll be working within a multi-disciplinary team to provide personalised support to people with complex physical and social needs.
No two days are the same one day could be full of outdoor or community based activities the next providing hands on support with daily living. Your role is to build strong respectful connections and help people get the most out of life.
Your flexibility to work a variety of shifts including sleepovers and weekends is highly desirable.
