Position Summary
The facility is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Pain Management Physician to join a collaborative and growing clinical team in Houston TX.

Essential Position Responsibilities
Evaluate diagnose and manage patients with acute and chronic pain conditions.
Perform interventional procedures including epidural injections facet blocks nerve blocks radiofrequency ablations and spinal cord stimulator trials (as credentialed).
Develop comprehensive treatment plans integrating interventional pharmacologic and rehabilitative therapies.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including physical therapists psychologists and primary care providers.
Maintain accurate and detailed documentation in the electronic medical record (EHR).
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ensure adherence to best clinical practices.
Qualifications
Education: MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.
Licensure & Certification:
Board Certified/Board Eligible in Anesthesiology Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation or Neurology.
Fellowship training in Pain Management (ACGME-accredited) required or in progress.
Active or eligible Texas medical license.
Experience: Prior outpatient or interventional pain experience preferred; new graduates welcome to apply.
