With current majority market share of the Nappa Valley market the company is looking to further expand into the grass seed and forage-related market of The Willamette Valley!

Were looking for experienced entrepreneurial sales consultants who are passionate about delivering smart customized packaging solutions to manufacturers wineries and CPG brands across California.

Must be in the Eugene OR area making multiple client visits weekly.

What Youll Do

• Grow and manage your own book of business through proactive outreach and strategic relationship building
• Visit clients onsite to understand needs and deliver tailored solutions
• Drive both new business and reactivation of lapsed accounts
• Convert inbound leads into revenue
• Sell a broad portfolio: 60% stock boxes 40% custom packaging
• Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth pricing processing and delivery
• Own the full sales cyclefrom first call to long-term account management

What You Bring

• 5 years of sales success with a strong hunter mentality
• 3 years in packaging or a closely related industry
• Proven track record of building and growing a book of business
• Excellent communication and relationship skills
• Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently
• Valid drivers license and willingness to travel for client meetings

Bonus Points For

• Existing client relationships in the packaging space
• Experience selling to manufacturers or CPG companies
• Knowledge of custom or protective packaging solutions

Compensation & Perks

• Base/Draw: $80K$120K (experience based)
• Uncapped commission (27-30%)
• Potential for multiple 6-figure income
