Job Summary
Intensive Care Consortium (ICC) is seeking a Critical Care Intensivist to join HCA Florida West Hospital in Pensacola Candidates:Must be board certified/board eligible in Critical CareFlorida License or ability to obtainFull Time15 shifts per month block scheduling; mix of day and night shiftsDay/night shifts shared equally with all team members (approximately 10 day and 5 night shifts per month)12-hour shifts covering a 26-bed med/surg closed ICU and 10-bed closed CCUStructure: 2 MDs & 1 APP on day shift (7am to 7pm); 1 MD on night shift (7 pm to 7 am)Average daily patient census 30GME Teaching Facility with Residents rotating thru the ICUIncentive/Benefits Package:Competitive compensation with an excellent benefits package including health dental life insurance stock options 401k with company match disability CME allowance and days and moreStrong support system with expert practice management including privileging provider enrollment and billing and collectionsAppropriate staffing models and flexible scheduling100% covered occurrence based malpractice InsuranceEmployed Opportunity
