We are looking for a People Partner to join our People Partner Team within the SVHA People and Culture Team. Reporting to the Head of People Partnering- Private Hospitals you will provide consistent advice and support to managers and employees regarding all people related matters.
The People Partner provides support to the Senior People Partner in supporting the key stakeholders through case management of matters regarding workforce procedures including grievances misconduct and performance management. The People Partner role is key in supporting the Senior People Partners in change management initiatives.
