Job Summary
What to expect
The Senior Payroll Analyst serves as a subject matter expert in end-to-end payroll operations timekeeping administration payroll tax compliance and deduction processing.
Additional responsibilities include:
- This role partners closely with Payroll Leadership to ensure accurate timely payroll execution across multiple entities and employee groups.
- The Senior Payroll Analyst leads complex reconciliations resolves escalated payroll inquiries supports quarterly and year-end reporting and provides guidance to Payroll Specialists and timekeepers.
- This position is as a key contributor in process improvement initiatives system upgrades and special projects.

Pay for this position is determined on a number of factors including but not limited to years and level of related experience.
What we need from you
- High School Diploma required Associates or bachelors in accounting Business or related field preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of progressive payroll experience in a high-volume environment.
- Strong knowledge of payroll regulations taxation and wage & hour laws.
- Experience with UKG Pro and Kronos or similar HRIS platforms preferred.
- Analytical ability to reconcile payroll accounts interpret regulations and resolve discrepancies.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with diverse employee groups.
- Detail-oriented with proven ability to meet tight deadlines.
