The Irvine Ranch Water District (IRWD) is seeking an experienced and forward-thinking leader to serve as its next Manager of Biosolids and Energy Recovery Operations. This position oversees one of the regions most advanced biosolids and energy recovery facilities directing 24/7 operations leading a skilled team and advancing IRWDs initiatives to improve efficiency safety and sustainability. The ideal candidate has a strong technical background in wastewater operations-including biosolids processing energy recovery systems and SCADA technologies-paired with proven leadership skills to unify teams ensure compliance and drive continuous improvement. Salary & Benefits
An annual salary of $137724 $206508 DOE/DOQ*
*A COLA increase is scheduled for every July subject to approval by the IRWD Board.
