Due to the secure nature of the programme you will need to hold UK Security Clearance or be eligible to go through this clearance.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
In this role you will create and maintain observability and reporting frameworks that provide end-to-end visibility across the partner lifecycle. Youll drive accuracy consistency and governance transforming metrics into actionable insight for alliance leaders and business units.
Lead & Innovate: Design dashboards and tooling spanning CRM delivery and managed services.
Develop & Deliver: Establish reporting standards and governance for consistency and trust.
Optimise & Automate: Streamline data flows; improve cadence quality and speed to insight.
Collaborate & Influence: Present clear recommendations to Heads of Alliance; inform strategy.
Assure & Support: Embed compliance with CGI frameworks; enable BU-level accountability.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
You bring proven experience in observability reporting and governance within a corporate or partnerships context. Youre detail-driven deadline-focused and comfortable turning data into clear business insight. PMO or alliance experience is a plus.
Experience building and managing observability/reporting processes.
Strong business analysis and insight generation skills.
Knowledge of corporate governance and assurance models.
Proficiency with MS Office; experience with Dynamics and/or Power BI.
Excellent organisation; reliable delivery to reporting timelines.
PMO or alliance function experience (desirable).
