BIM Technician
Location: Central London
Salary: depending on experience
Introduction:
Were working with a multi-award-winning architecture and design studio based right in Central London celebrated for their forward-thinking people-focused approach and beautifully crafted projects across workplace residential and mixed-use sectors.

This opportunity would be ideal for a BIM Technician or Architectural Technician with proven experience in the architecture or construction sector and who is confident using Revit Navisworks and other BIM software.

Office: West End London
Hours: Full-time (9:30am 6:00pm) 37.5 hours per week (flexible start and lunch times)
Duties:
- Support the BIM Manager in implementing digital construction and BIM procedures
- Manage digital files templates and drawing documentation
- Assist with Revit family creation and software standards
- Provide quality control for BIM output across the studio
- Help resolve BIM modelling and coordination issues
- Contribute to clash detection and design coordination meetings
- Upskill and support junior team members in software use
Requirements:
- Degree or HNC/HND in a construction-related subject
- Minimum 3 years experience in a similar BIM Specialist or BIM Technician role
- Extensive knowledge of Revit (Navisworks and ACC advantageous)
- Experience using AutoCAD InDesign Rhino or Enscape preferred
- Strong communication and organisation skills
- Detail-driven with excellent problem-solving ability
- Collaborative and proactive with a passion for digital design innovation
