As the Senior Alumni Relations Coordinator within the Faculty of Medicine Nursing and Health Sciences you will have the unique opportunity to design and deliver innovative engagement programs that celebrate our alumni foster professional networks and strengthen the Facultys reputation across Australia and the world.

Working as part of a dynamic External Relations team you will help bring to life the stories and impact of over 63000 graduatesspanning doctors nurses allied health professionals and medical researcherswhose work continues to transform lives and communities globally.

About the Role

Reporting to the Alumni Engagement Events Manager this role contributes to the planning coordination and delivery of alumni engagement strategies that enhance the Facultys visibility and sense of community. You will:

Develop and deliver high-quality alumni events programs and communications.
Build relationships across alumni academic and professional staff students and partners to drive collaboration and participation.
Identify and implement new initiatives that connect alumni to the Facultys education research and outreach activities.
Maintain accurate data and insights to inform strategy evaluate outcomes and continuously improve engagement.
Work closely with marketing and communications colleagues to showcase alumni stories and promote a vibrant connected alumni culture.

This is a role for someone who enjoys building relationships creating meaningful experiences and contributing to a shared vision of advancing health and wellbeing for all.

About You

Youre a proactive and creative professional with a strong background in alumni relations stakeholder engagement or community programs. You bring:

Proven experience developing and delivering successful engagement initiatives or events.
Strong relationship management and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse groups.
A data-informed and strategic approach to planning and evaluating engagement.
Excellent organisational and project management abilities with the capacity to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with CRM tools and digital platforms such as Salesforce Asana or similar systems.

A relevant degree qualification and demonstrated expertise in alumni engagement communications or advancement will set you up for success.
