• Perform a variety of carpentry and finishing work including framing drywall trim and cabinetry
  
  
• Assist with demolition and reconstruction following water fire or storm damage
  
  
• Work closely with Project Managers to ensure quality standards and deadlines are met
  
  
• Maintain a clean safe and organized job site
  
  
• Communicate professionally with customers and team members
  
  

• Previous carpentry or construction experience required (2 years preferred)
  
  
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints or drawings
  
  
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
  
  
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  
  
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation required
