Summary:

This is a Tech 1 position must have basic knowledge of printer laptop desktop server and network. Candidate must maintain good customer focus meeting deadlines and service level agreements (SLAs). Technician will travel to each clients location. Maintains analyzes troubleshoots and repairs Desktop Laptop Server and Printer. Works under general supervision.

Requirements:

Position is 90-day contract-to-hire.
TOP 2 required skills: Following Written Instructions and Critical Thinking for Troubleshooting
Experience: Preferably 2 but not necessary
Certifications or education: A certification required within 6 months of hire.
How many miles per day will the contractor be driving 50-100
Tech should be located within 50 of Sacramento CA 95624
Must have good admin and organizational skills.
Candidate must maintain good customer focus meeting deadlines and service level agreements (SLAs)
Technician will travel to each clients location
Local Travel required for daily dispatch Drivers License Reliable Vehicle.
Must pass Drug Test & Background Check. A certification required within 6 months of hire

Scope:

Maintains analyzes troubleshoots and repairs computer systems hardware and computer peripherals.
Documents maintains upgrades or replaces hardware and software systems. Supports and maintains user account information including rights security and systems groups.
Trains employees identifies analyzes and repairs product failures orders and replaces parts as needed.
Determines and recommends which products or services best fit the customers needs
Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts practices and procedures within a particular field. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
Works under immediate supervision.
Primary job functions do not typically require exercising independent judgment.
Typically reports to a project leader or manager.

Pay Rate - $22.50
