Job Description

Job Duties
  • Designs implements and manages enterprise desktop architecture and processes.
  • Plans implements and manages core image processes and remote software distribution processes.
  • Plans implements and manages anti-virus policy and processes.
  • Forecasts rationalizes plans and coordinates patches and upgrades.
  • Performs lifecycle management for core desktop services and applications.
  • Develops and maintains support documentation.
  • Participates in developing implementing and managing a desktop/client virtualization strategy and processes.
  • Interfaces with Service Desk to resolve issues and coordinates Problem Management processes.
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
KSAs
  • Expert knowledge of Windows OS MS Office Provisioning and support of business operations.
  • Expert knowledge of hardware (including desktops laptops thin clients and mobile devices).
  • Working knowledge creating image support for desktops and laptops with SCCM
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to organize and coordinate
  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to prepare and conduct management briefings with senior leaders
  • Great interpersonal and teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with others
  • Strong reasoning and problem management skills
  • Ability to work with confidential and sensitive information using integrity and discretion
  • Ability to work independently and use initiative
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or a related field
  • 2 years of experience performing desktop support and Windows/Mac administration
  • 1 year of experience performing desktop architecture work
  • Equivalent relevant experience performing the essential functions of this job may substitute for education degree requirements. Generally equivalent relevant experience is defined as 1 year of experience for 1 year of education and is the discretion of the hiring manager.

Position & Application Details
