Location: Santa Fe NM 87505
Duration: 3 Month Contract (Extendable)
Shift: Day and Night Shifts Available
Pay Rate:
Local: $19/hour (W2)
Travel: $22.97/hour for 36 hours

Position Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a short-term contract with potential extension. The ideal candidate will assist in providing high-quality patient-centered care supporting nursing staff and ensuring the comfort and safety of all patients.
Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care and assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing dressing grooming toileting and feeding.
Monitor and document patients vital signs including temperature pulse respiration and blood pressure promptly reporting changes to nursing staff.
Assist patients with mobility ambulation and transfers while using proper body mechanics and safety techniques.
Support nursing staff during procedures and maintain a clean organized and safe patient care environment.
Ensure patient comfort by changing linens maintaining hygiene and addressing individual care needs.
Communicate effectively with patients and families offering reassurance and support throughout the care process.
Requirements:
Active CNA License (required)
BLS Certification (AHA) (required)
Minimum 2 years of CNA experience (required)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented healthcare setting
