Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
Previous caregiving or related experience (preferred)
CPR/First Aid certification (preferred)
Compassionate dependable and empathetic personality
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to follow care plans and work effectively as part of a team

What Youll Do:

Provide companionship through meaningful conversation and engaging activities
Assist with mobility transfers and light exercise or walks
Help with meal preparation and medication reminders
Support personal care needs such as bathing dressing and grooming
Perform light housekeeping
Occasionally provide transportation for errands or appointments
