Core Responsibilities:
- Manage a multi-line phone system and direct customer calls to the proper department communicating with customers in a professional warm and empathetic manner.
- Greet customers as they enter the dealership and provide information or direct them to the appropriate staff member for further assistance.
- Assist management with various clerical duties.
Desired Qualifications and Experience:
- Courteous friendly and professional demeanor when interacting with customers and team members
- Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist position is preferred
- Great communicator; listens and conveys information effectively
- Cooperative helpful and connects with others seamlessly
- Strong ability to multi-task with high attention to detail
- Basic computer skills (email Microsoft Office etc.) preferred
- Flexible schedule availability required including evenings and Saturdays
- Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
Hours and Work Environment:
This is an onsite position working in the dealership showroom. Hours are Monday-Friday 7am-3pm with an occasional Saturday as needed to support time off requests/vacations.
