Job Summary

Overview:

HTeaO a rapidly growing franchise redefining the tea experience is seeking a dynamic Director of Marketing to join our expanding marketing team.

Reporting directly to the Vice President of Marketing this role will help shape and execute the brands marketing vision across all channels. The ideal candidate is a strategic and creative marketer who thrives in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment and has a passion for building brand equity and driving business growth.

The Director of Marketing will support the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies that align with HTeaOs overall business objectives. This high-impact position requires a strong understanding of both traditional and digital marketing to increase brand visibility strengthen positioning and deliver measurable results.

Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning & Brand Management

  • Develop annual marketing business plans for respective sales channels including setting annual business strategies for areas of responsibilities.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all channels and touchpoints.
  • Define key KPIs monitor performance daily/weekly/monthly and pivot fast based on whats working. Make decisions rooted in data not guesswork.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with operational departments including Operations Franchise Development IT Finance and TeaBevCo.
  • Work closely with corporate marketing to align local regional and national efforts.
  • Create and present marketing reports highlight campaign performance market trends guest engagement and ROI to key stakeholders and ownership groups.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead and mentor a high-performing marketing team including a Loyalty & Digital Marketing Manager Brand Marketing Manager and Communications Specialist.
  • Foster a collaborative environment that encourages growth creativity and accountability.
  • Oversee external agency and vendor relationships including PR firms advertising agencies and production partners.

Public Relations & Communications

  • Partner with PR agencies to pitch stories manage media visits and drive earned media placement.
  • Oversee the creation and distribution of press releases media kits and promotional content.
  • Manage crisis communication and reputation strategy when needed.

Creative Strategy



  • Lead seasonal photoshoots to ensure were capturing content that converts across ads social email and site.
  • Manages the development of collateral materials in accordance with business and sales strategies.
  • Maintain a content calendar that supports seasonal campaigns packages and promotions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in marketing Communications or a related field.
  • Strong writing editing and communication skills.
  • Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Passionate about people with a genuine desire to understand our guests and operating partners needs and values.
