The Role:
As a Customer Service Advisor you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service to new and existing clients across Personal Lines and Motor Insurance products. You will:
Provide expert advice and assistance on Personal Lines and Motor Insurance policies.
Manage customer queries renewals and mid-term adjustments in a professional and timely manner.
Achieve monthly targets while maintaining high standards of customer service.
Work with a team of professionals learning internal processes and developing the skills to progress into Commercial Insurance.
The Person:
We are looking for someone who:
Has experience in customer service (banking retail or insurance experience is desirable).
Is proactive and eager to learn.
Has a passion for providing excellent customer service and can work within a target-driven environment.
Is motivated to pursue a career in insurance and is keen to progress through internal training processes.
Ideally has some experience in insurance or a willingness to develop skills in the industry.
