Information Technology Business Success Partner (Mid-Level or Senior)

The Boeing Company is currently seeking an Information Technology Business Success Partner (Mid-Level or Senior) to join the team in Auburn WA.

This role joins Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) Fabrication Information Technology (IT) Business Partner team to drive delivery of Information Digital Technology & Security (IDT&S) capabilities that support Fabrications Composite Manufacturing Center and Skin & Spar business units in Frederickson WA.

In this role you will translate business needs into IT services and solutions coordinate with local and enterprise teams to ensure reliable delivery and partner with stakeholders as a supplier of services to meet business commitments. Assist cyber compliance oversight for BCA subsidiary business units working with enterprise security subsidiary leaders and IDT&S to identify risks plan solutions and track mitigations to reduce cyber risk to The Boeing Company.

As a trusted liaison between the business and IT you will leverage relationship-building IT experience and Boeing knowledge to educate the business on IT offerings represent business priorities within IT and drive first-time-quality solutions. You will develop and execute communications and status updates for leadership identify and coordinate risk mitigations and contribute lessons learned to improve IT processes and quality management.

Position Responsibilities:

• Lead manufacturing systems across BCA specifically Fabrication Manufacturing Business Units (MBUs)

• Communicate at all levels with the ability to collaborate and drive solid results while understanding when to raise a help needed and mitigate risks effectively

• Assist project teams with coordinating and negotiating priorities with both the Business and IT

• Engage with the business to understand the requirements and promote creative ways for technology to enhance the opportunities

• Drive innovation to ensure the business benefits and value are realized through solution delivery

• Leverage the greater IT community to develop and implement solid technological solutions while being conscious of cost and value to the company

• Integrate cost schedule and technical data/metrics transforming this into information to aide in decision making

• Drive decision making (tactical and strategic) plan and organize and initiate actions

• Lead liaison activities between the business or function and IT and related organizations to understand priorities and develop a strategy to ensure business objectives are met

• Oversee funding and affordability in support of their applicable business units or functions

BasicQualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• 3 years of relevant experience supporting technologies and business

• 3 years of experience communicating effectively at multiple levels

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• 5 or more years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

• Bachelors degree or higher

• Experience working independently and within a group

• Experience with Factory Technology Integration

• Experience with Project or Program management
