Global Digital Marketing is a team of innovative thinkers dedicated to driving the cultural relevance and business of Nike Sportswear across Nikes digital ecosystem. Collaborating closely with our NSW and Nike SB Brand partners Creatives and Geo Teams we strive to push the boundaries of the digital landscape ensuring consumer engagement both on and off our platforms.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are seeking a Lead to join and lead the NSW Global Digital Marketing team. This team comprising specialists in digital social and creator marketing is responsible for developing and driving long-term consumer engagement across the Nike app @nikesportswear @nikesb and our creators channels.

WHAT YOULL WORK ON
In this role your primary focus will be designing executing and overseeing seasonal Nike Sportswear digital marketing plans across our owned digital platforms social media channels and creator partnerships.
Youll obsess how to make our brand product purpose and seasonal messages resonate with our target consumers.
Youll lead the strategic development of branded content services partnerships and experiences that will coalesce into best-in-class digital marketing plans.
Youll collaborate closely with teams across Nike Football Running Basketball SB and Energy to inspire global love and advocacy for Nike Sportwear.
WHAT YOU BRING
5 years of experience in brand digital and/or social marketing
Demonstrated ability of developing digital content and activations for highly visible brands
Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced agile culturesomeone who embraces and leads through change and ambiguity
Excellent verbal communication skills including presentation on complex business issues
Fluency reading consumer data and crafting measurement and optimization plans
Strong project management problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
Experience managing creative media and research agencies
Excellent relationship building skills and knows how to influence working teams and key partners
Detail oriented. This position requires someone who can build plans presentations and keep the team moving cohesively in the right direction.
Familiarity with the latest trends technologies and methodologies in digital marketing content creation and social media
