About the Role

We are seeking a Project Manager to join our ElectroNet Contracting team based in Cromwell on a full-time permanent basis starting in mid-January 2026.

This role is responsible for managing ElectroNet projects for our key clients from tender stage through to project completion.

The successful candidate will be responsible for making decisions that influence the successful outcome of projects as well as project costings for clients and risk management decisions relating to ElectroNet projects.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Making recommendations relating to profit margins for ElectroNet projects
  • Preparation of tenders
  • Liaising with others both internally and externally to prepare accurate estimates of resources required
  • Confirming scope planning and execution assessment and close out of projects

What Were Looking For:

The ideal candidate will be someone who has previous project management experience and showcases strong technical skills including proficiency in using MS Project and the entire MS Suite. Additionally the applicant must hold a valid drivers licence and possess the capability to make well-informed decisions. A high level of integrity and self-motivation are essential qualities we are looking for.

The following skills are also desirable but not essential:

  • Knowledge of the electrical industry
  • Project Management certification/qualification
  • Knowledge and understanding of electrical industry positions such as electrical fitters and technicians

Certification in Project Management and knowledge of the electrical industry would be beneficial however is not essential.
