We are hiring a Seasonal Part-Time Back of House Associate to join our New York City NoHo Flagship team.

Our Retail team creates a transformative experience for each and every customer that visits one of our seventeen stores. We build connections with our customers through product education world-class-service standards and operational excellence. We pride ourselves in owning the offline touch point for our brand and use it as an opportunity to foster a stronger Away community.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a widely celebrated brand that is looking to continue to innovate and iterate. Were looking for candidates that are excited to provide best-in-class support to all of our customers from their arrival and until their departure.

What youll do as a Seasonal Back of House Associate

• Youll embody our brand standards and core values by being an excellent communicator collaborator and teammate

• Youll support the customer experience by managing stock and inventory processes ensuring inventory accuracy standards are met

• Youll process new deliveries and customers shipments

• Youll support cycle counts and other key inventory events throughout the year

• Youre flexible to support as needed on the sales floor delivering best-in-class exceptional customer service to every person every time

• Youll facilitate in-store programs and events as needed

• Youll maintain the integrity of the store and uphold our visual standards

Who you are

• You have inventory experience in a customer focused setting; strongly preferred but not required

• Youre an excellent communicator with a passion for operational excellence

• Youre comfortable working on the sales floor as needed

• You maintain cool under pressure

• Youre an effective and expedient problem-solver with a keen attention to detail

• Ability to pull push lift and carry up to 25 pounds throughout the duration of a work shift

• Ability to stand/be on feet for extended periods of time throughout the duration of a work shift

• Ability to bend squat twist and reach as needed throughout the duration of a work shift
