About the Role
The Vendor Operations Manager plays a key role in driving the seamless execution of our vendor management strategy.Youlloversee the end-to-end operational flow of the vendor business fromaccurateproduct setup and inventory management to marketing support and sales enablement.
This role requires strong collaboration across internal teams and vendors to ensure efficient processestimelyexecution and a high standard of operational excellence.
Role Responsibilities
Manageaccurateproduct setup SKU maintenance and inventory mix to support vendor plans
Overseepurchasingplans and resolveageinginventory or stock discrepancies
Execute vendor programs bundles and promotions while managing margins and costs
Support sales teams with product enquiries back-orders and price submissions
Assistwith vendor-related marketing activities including ACOP management and billing
Handle vendor claims credit notes and dispute resolution
Identifyand drive process improvements to enhance vendor operations efficiency
Role Requirements
Tertiary education or equivalent experience
23 years experience in vendor product or operational roles
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent problem-solving and time management skills
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and MS Office
Action-oriented withstrong communicationand collaboration skills
Ability to manage complexity and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
