Job Summary
We are seeking a hands-on and customer centricCluster Managerto drive the team based in our Marcs and David Lawrence Chermside Myer concession stores.
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced full-time Cluster Manager who has a passion for people styling and visual merchandising. Leading the team you will be responsible for end-to-end store operations within your concession store responsibilities include customer service and loyalty achieving sales budgets visual merchandising stock control recruitment scheduling and reporting.
This is a Tuesday to Saturday roster.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Minimum 2years experience as astore manager in fashion retail;
- Concession management experience preferred but not mandatory;
- Excellent sales skills and previous experience exceedingstore budgets/KPIs;
- Excellent communication and creative problem solving skills;
- Proven success in managing and growing a VIP customer base;
- Confidence delivering a first-class service at all times to all customers;
- An abundance of energy positivity and an ability to motivate others;
- A huge passion for fashion;
- Strong leadership and management skills including previous experience managing a high-performing team; and
- Love for our brand and be proud to be our key brand ambassador!
