About the Role
Under the direction of the Director of Community Affairs the Program Support Coordinator provides operational and programmatic support for the departments events outreach activities and internal initiatives. This role coordinates multiple facets of community affairs programming assists with scheduling and communications and liaises with stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of department priorities. The Program Support Coordinator plays a key role in tracking departmental projects developing materials and maintaining logistical oversight for internal and external engagements.

Bachelors degree required in one of the following fields:
Minimum of 4 years of progressively responsible experience in:
Strong preference for candidates with experience engaging diverse community stakeholders
Excellent communication skills:
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite:
Familiar with community-based program development and evaluation
Knowledgeable in event logistics and scheduling tools
Comfortable navigating internal administrative systems and processes
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and prioritization abilities
Additional relevant experience may substitute for the degree on a year-for-year basis
What We Offer
Compensation(NJ Job Transparency Law)
The expected salary range for this position is $74989 - $90407 - $107705 per year in accordance with the New Jersey Pay Transparency Law; final compensation will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
