Physical Therapy Office Coordinator
Location: Santa Fe NM
Type: Full-Time Hourly (Non-Exempt)

Were looking for a dependable and caring Physical Therapy Office Coordinator who enjoys both patient interaction and behind-the-scenes this role youll split your time between the front office and the clinic floorhelping with scheduling check-ins and paperwork while also assisting therapists to keep treatment areas clean safe and ready for patients.
What Youll Do:
Greet patients answer phones and schedule appointments.
Help keep patient files payments and insurance details organized.
Assist therapists by preparing equipment and supporting patients during treatment.
Maintain a clean welcoming and efficient clinic environment.
What Were Looking For:
High school diploma or GED.
Friendly organized and dependable.
Experience in healthcare or customer service is a plus.
