Job Summary
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering
- MME (UPDA) certified
Experience:
- Minimum 12 years of relevant experience
- At least 7 years in Facilities Management (FM) within the Gulf region
- Minimum 3 years managing large-scale infrastructure or commercial projects
Language:
- Proficient in written and spoken English
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise civil technicians ensuring timely execution of maintenance tasks
- Liaise with the QMs Representative to align on project scope and priorities
- Ensure strict compliance with health and safety regulations across worksites
- Plan and execute both preventive and corrective maintenance activities
- Maintain and manage records technical documentation and asset inventory
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement long-term solutions
- Update and maintain as-built documentation for all structural changes
- Prepare monthly look-ahead maintenance programs and annual spare parts budgets
