Job Summary

A prestigious hotel group is looking for a Senior Sales Corporate Executive (M/F) to develop the commercial strategy for the corporate segment.
Location: Lisboa Portugal
Schedule: Full-time On-site
Main Responsibilities:
Develop and implement B2B sales strategies focused on the corporate segment
Identify new business opportunities with companies and corporate travel agencies.
Manage and expand the client portfolio creating solid and lasting relationships.
Monitor market and competition trends proposing actions that strengthen our position.
Represent the group at trade fairs events and commercial visits.
Work closely with the marketing and revenue teams to maximize results and profitability.
Requirements:
3 to 5 years experience in similar roles preferably in the hotel sector and in a multi-unit environment.
Good knowledge of the corporate market in Portugal.
Strong negotiation and communication skills and a focus on results.
Fluency in Portuguese and English (other languages are an advantage).
Proactive autonomous and team-oriented person.
Availability for travel in Portugal and abroad.
Experience with international brands will be valued.
