About the Role
Our client is seeking a knowledgeable IT Technician to join a prestigious mixed school based in central High Wycombe. This is a full-time permanent position beginning in January 2026.
The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the schools IT infrastructure maintaining hardware and software systems and assisting staff and students with technical issues. Youll work as part of a collaborative and forward-thinking IT team dedicated to ensuring the schools technology supports outstanding teaching and learning.
Experience and Qualifications
Previous experience working as an IT Technician in a school environment
Strong technical knowledge of computer hardware software and networking systems
Experience managing Windows-based networks user accounts and device configurations
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and organisational abilities
Ability to provide effective technical support to both staff and students
Legal right to work in the UK
