Job Summary
Are you a reflective Year 3 Teacher seeking a Full-Time role from January 2026 A friendly Good Guildford primary is recruiting a Year 3 Teacher to join its KS2 phase. The Year 3 Teacher will take part in planning before January 2026 attend induction in January 2026 and teach from January 2026 as the Year 3 Teacher.

Role summary Year 3 Teacher
The Year 3 Teacher will plan coherent maths and English lessons as the Year 3 Teacher lead enquiry-based foundation topics as the Year 3 Teacher and run small-group interventions as the Year 3 Teacher. The Year 3 Teacher will be part of moderation and assessment cycles scheduled around January 2026 and will work with phase leaders to secure clear progress from January 2026.
Professional development Year 3 Teacher
The school offers coaching peer observation and subject-specific CPD for the Year 3 Teacher. From induction in January 2026 the Year 3 Teacher will join a mentoring programme and have opportunities to lead curriculum projects after the initial term following January 2026.
