Job Summary
An Outstanding primary school in Hillingdon is seeking an enthusiastic and nurturing Nursery Teacher to join their Early Years team from November 2025. Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver creative engaging and age-appropriate lessons in line with the EYFS framework
- Provide a safe nurturing and stimulating environment that encourages curiosity independence and a love of learning
- Observe and assess childrens progress maintaining accurate records and contributing to EYFS profiles
- Work collaboratively with colleagues support staff and parents to ensure every childs individual needs are met
- Promote positive relationships with families and the wider school community
- Maintain a well-organised and inspiring classroom environment that supports early development and exploration
- Support the schools wider vision and values through participation in school events and activities

Candidate Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or EYTS
- Experience teaching in Nursery or Early Years Foundation Stage
- A thorough understanding of the EYFS curriculum and child development
- A warm patient and creative approach to teaching
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Commitment to providing the highest quality of education and care for young learners
