Rich Media Developer (Motion HTML5)

About the Role
Were looking for a Rich Media Developer someone who lives at the intersection of design and code. Youll concept design animate and build interactive digital ads (HTML5 display social video) that push whats possible in performance and brand storytelling.
This role blends motion design and front-end development: you might start the day animating a concept in After Effects or Figma and end it coding an HTML5 banner for launch across Google Ads Meta or programmatic networks.

What Youll Do
Design Animate:
Concept storyboard and animate digital ad units motion graphics and rich-media experiences.
Create assets in Figma Adobe After Effects Photoshop and Illustrator.
Export motion assets (GIF MP4 or Lottie/JSON) for web use.
Develop Code:
Build responsive high-performance HTML5 ads with HTML/CSS/JavaScript and animation libraries (GSAP GreenSock).
Implement complex ad logic dynamic feeds and versioning across multiple sizes.
Use ad-builder platforms (e.g. Google Web Designer Sizmek Flashtalking Celtra) to produce rich-media creatives ready for trafficking.
Optimize assets for file size load time and compatibility across browsers and ad networks.
Collaborate:
Work closely with designers art directors and media teams to bring motion concepts to life.
Partner with developers to QA and deliver final ad tags for deployment.
Stay current on evolving specs and capabilities across ad platforms (DoubleClick DV360 Meta Amazon DSP etc.).

Light video editing (Premiere or After Effects)
Familiarity with WebGL or lightweight canvas animation
You Bring
35 years in a digital creative or advertising environment
A portfolio showing both motion design and interactive ad builds
A strong eye for detail composition and timing
Ability to balance creativity with technical precision
Comfort working in fast-paced multi-project environments
