This role is essential in ensuring a seamless and positive experience for every guest whether theyre asking about menu items orders or employment opportunities.

Job Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team and help us leverage data to drive business this role you will collect analyze and interpret data from various sources to provide actionable insights. You will work closely with multiple departments to ensure that data is being utilized effectively to improve performance optimize processes and support business strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset excellent problem-solving skills and experience working with data analysis tools and software.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Collection & Management:
- Gather and organize large datasets from various sources ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Cleanse and preprocess data to make it suitable for analysis addressing missing or inconsistent values.
- Maintain and update databases to ensure data is current and reliable.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to uncover trends patterns and insights from data.
- Use statistical methods and data modeling techniques to identify key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Create and generate regular reports dashboards and visualizations to present findings to stakeholders.
- Assist in forecasting budgeting and performance tracking using data insights.
Collaboration & Decision Support:
- Work with business stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate business needs into actionable data analysis.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data findings to support decision-making processes.
- Collaborate with other teams (marketing finance operations) to optimize data utilization across the organization.
Tool & Process Improvement:
- Utilize data analysis tools (e.g. Excel SQL Python R Power BI Tableau) to enhance the efficiency and quality of data processes.
- Identify opportunities to improve existing data analysis processes and tools proposing new techniques or methodologies to enhance business outcomes.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest data analysis trends and tools to continuously improve skills and processes.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelors degree in Data Science Statistics Mathematics Computer Science Economics or a related field.
Experience:
- 2-3 years of experience in data analysis or a related field.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI Tableau Qlik) is a plus.
- Proficiency in SQL Excel and data analysis software (e.g. Python R SAS SPSS).
Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Solid understanding of statistical methods and data analysis techniques.
- Experience in generating reports and dashboards for non-technical audiences.
- Proficient in data cleaning transformation and analysis.
- Strong communication skills to present data insights effectively to stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and high accuracy in handling data.
Additional Requirements:
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of machine learning and advanced analytics tools is a plus.
