Our client a leading international company in the financial services and collections industry is looking for an experienced German-speaking Team Leader to guide a dynamic team of over 30 Collections Agents.

Tasks
Lead & Inspire the Team
- Manage mentor and develop a talented collections team of 30 agents.
- Create a motivating work environment where everyone feels supported and valued.
- Set clear goals track performance and celebrate success together.
Drive Performance & Deliver Results
- Oversee daily operations including scheduling workflow management and KPIs.
- Provide regular coaching feedback and training to help your team reach new levels of performance.
- Ensure all collections activities meet company standards and regulatory requirements.
Support Exceptional Customer Service
- Handle escalations with professionalism and empathy.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
- Continuously improve processes to enhance both efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Reporting & Continuous Improvement
- Monitor performance metrics and analyze results to identify trends and improvement areas.
- Prepare performance reports and share insights with senior management.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to drive operational excellence.
Requirements
- Proven experience leading teams of 20 people ideally in collections customer service or contact centre environments.
- A strong background in financial services or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills in German and English (both written and spoken).
- A hands-on leadership style with a natural ability to motivate coach and inspire.
- Confidence working with CRM systems collections tools and MS Office.
- A proactive mindset and passion for helping teams and customers succeed.
