Pay Rate: $40 - $46/hr; (Negotiable based on experience)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (Telemetry) for a short-term contract role in Louisville KY. The RN will provide high-quality nursing care to patients in a telemetry unit monitoring cardiac rhythms and ensuring patient safety throughout the night shift.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and assess patients cardiac rhythms using telemetry equipment.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Respond promptly to patient needs changes in condition or emergencies.
- Collaborate effectively with the healthcare team to implement individualized care plans.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care.
- Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans medications and health maintenance.
- Adhere to hospital policies procedures and regulatory standards.
Required Qualifications:
- Current RN license in the state of Kentucky.
- Minimum 1 2 years recent Telemetry experience.
- BLS & ACLS certifications required.
- Ability to work 12-hour night shifts.
- Strong assessment critical thinking and communication skills.
