Key Responsibilities
Conduct patient evaluations and design individualized treatment plans tailored to each patients needs.
Implement therapy programs to restore function relieve pain and improve mobility.
Use manual therapy therapeutic exercise and modalities to facilitate recovery.
Document patient progress accurately and maintain compliance with regulatory standards.
Collaborate with referring physicians and interdisciplinary teams to optimize care.
Educate patients and families about recovery strategies and home exercise programs.
Maintain the highest standards of clinical integrity and service excellence.
Qualifications
Required
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
Current California Physical Therapist license.
Excellent communication organization and patient engagement skills.
Preferred
Outpatient orthopedic or sports rehab experience.
CPR certification.
New graduate Physical Therapists encouraged to apply.
Compensation and Benefits
Salary: $90000 $105000 annually (based on experience).
