The Role
Core wealth Platform team in Wealth Technology is seeking a skilled engineer to join us in building innovative and outstanding capabilities to our platform. You quickly gain an understanding of all the components of our applications and will work with the team to deliver a seamless customer experience. As an AWS /Java Engineer you will be applying your development Server and automation skills to develop test deploy file publishing / Processing applications using AWS technologies. Enriched knowledge on analysis skills is added plus.

The Expertise You Bring
6 years experience with Java
Experience in Server Side Java J2EE REST SQL JUnit and Tomcat
Experience in coding and implementing Java Batch and event driven process.
3 years of experience in designing and developing enterprise cloud-based solutions using Amazon Cloud Computing Services including EBS IAM SWF and SQS; performing serverless software development using Amazon Lambda written in NodeJS Java via REST or AWS sdk;
3 years of experience building applications that utilize CI/CD pipelines
Experience with Oracle PL-SQL and ability to write complex queries
Keenly interested in learning new technologies and their adoption
Youre a full-stack engineer with knowledge in a breadth of technologies including but not limited to those identified in the Qualifications section
Youve strong software development skills using Java and web application technologies in a service oriented architecture
You have some experience in designing and developing enterprise cloud-based solutions using Amazon Cloud Computing Services including EBS IAM SWF and SQS; performing serverless software development using Amazon Lambda written in NodeJS Java via REST or AWS sdk; Coding storing retrieving and versioning s3 objects Kinesis and SQS streams
Youve strong experience in dev-ops activities like dockerization development of bash code to automate server builds and deployment to continuous deployment servers.
Youve worked with tools that aid in Continuous integration and Continuous deployment including but not limited to GIT/Stash Jenkins Junit SONAR uDeploy etc
Knowledge of software engineering practices for the full software development life cycle including coding standards code reviews source control management build processes testing and operations
