Job Overview: We are seeking a technically skilled and detail-oriented CAPPS CMS AWS Integration Specialist to manage and optimize the integration of CAPPS and CMS platforms with AWS cloud infrastructure. This role involves designing scalable cloud solutions automating workflows and ensuring secure and compliant data exchange across systems.

Key Responsibilities
Design and implement cloud-based integrations between CAPPS CMS platforms and AWS services such as EC2 S3 Lambda and RDS.
Develop and maintain automation scripts and workflows using AWS tools (e.g. CloudFormation Terraform Step Functions).
Ensure secure data exchange and compliance with regulatory standards (e.g. HIPAA GDPR) across CAPPS and CMS environments.
Monitor and optimize performance of cloud-hosted CMS applications and CAPPS interfaces.
Collaborate with finance HR and IT teams to gather requirements and deliver robust cloud-based solutions.
Implement CI/CD pipelines for CMS deployments and CAPPS updates using AWS DevOps tools.
Troubleshoot integration issues and provide technical support for AWS-hosted services.
Maintain documentation for architecture workflows and operational procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems or related field.
3 years of experience in cloud infrastructure and enterprise system integration.
Hands-on experience with AWS services including EC2 S3 Lambda IAM and CloudWatch.
Familiarity with CAPPS (Centralized Accounting and Payroll/Personnel System) and CMS platforms.
Proficiency in scripting and programming languages (e.g. Python Java Bash).
Experience with automation tools like Terraform CloudFormation or Ansible.
Strong understanding of cloud security networking and compliance frameworks.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications
AWS Certification (e.g. Solutions Architect DevOps Engineer).
Experience with containerization (Docker Kubernetes) and serverless architecture.
Knowledge of enterprise payroll HR or financial systems.
Experience in government or public sector IT environments.
