Overview:
We are seeking experienced Contact Center Engineers with deep expertise in AWS Connect and a strong background in legacy contact center technologies. The ideal candidates will have extensive experience designing implementing and managing enterprise-grade contact center solutions in hybrid and cloud environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design build and optimize contact center architectures leveraging AWS Connect and related AWS services (Lambda S3 CloudWatch etc.).
- Integrate AWS Connect with CRM platforms such as Salesforce and Zendesk as well as with custom-built applications.
- Develop and manage telephony and routing workflows across legacy platforms including Genesys Avaya Cisco and NICE.
- Script automate and enhance system performance using Python and JavaScript.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure scalable and resilient contact center solutions.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance around network engineering unified communications PSTN/carrier technologies and CTI/API development.
Required Qualifications:
- 7 8 years of progressive experience in Contact Center Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience developing implementing and managing AWS Connect environments.
- Strong understanding of telephony voice systems design and network fundamentals.
- Proven experience integrating AWS Connect with CRMs and enterprise applications.
- Proficiency in scripting (Python JavaScript) and automation within AWS environments.
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect certification required.
