Position: Infrastructure Architect
Location: Charlotte NC / Kennesaw GA / Pennington NJ (Onsite 5 days a week; local or nearby candidates preferred)
Employment Type: W2 (Minimum 12-month engagement)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Infrastructure Architect with deep expertise in infrastructure design cloud architecture and containerization technologies. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience designing and implementing scalable resilient and secure infrastructure solutions across hybrid environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Architect design and implement enterprise-grade infrastructure solutions with a focus on application-specific clustering and scalability.
Develop and optimize AWS cloud architecture and data tier designs for performance reliability and cost efficiency.
Lead design and deployment efforts involving Docker Kubernetes and OpenShift container platforms.
Define and manage container orchestration strategies microservices architecture and application call flow logic.
Collaborate with cross-functional engineering and application teams to align infrastructure solutions with business and technical goals.
Ensure system reliability monitoring and high availability through proactive infrastructure design.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

10 years of hands-on experience in infrastructure architecture and engineering.
Strong infrastructure-heavy expertise particularly with application clustering and system scalability.
Proven experience in AWS cloud architecture and data tier design.
Deep expertise with Docker Kubernetes and OpenShift.
Strong understanding of containers microservices and application call flow logic.
Excellent problem-solving design and communication skills.

Nice to Have:

Experience with infrastructure automation tools (Terraform Ansible etc.).
Exposure to hybrid or multi-cloud environments.
Understanding of DevOps CI/CD pipelines and security best practices.
