Must Hav: Unemployment Insurance Systems Experience
Required Skills & Experience:

Proven experience in planning leading gathering and analyzing business and functional requirements in collaboration with both business and technical teams.

Demonstrated ability to develop business process maps and perform fit-gap analyses to identify areas for improvement.

Strong skills in problem-solving and troubleshooting complex software systems.

Experience in collecting and consolidating requirements across multiple program areas with diverse business needs.

Proficiency in gathering documenting and defining design requirements.

Hands-on experience in developing Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and Software Requirement Specifications (SRS).
-
Ability to facilitate workshops meetings and collaborative sessions with cross-functional teams in a remote or hybrid environment.

Experience in preparing and executing test plans guiding team members through test activities and documenting and communicating test results.
-
Exposure to implementing and testing data exchange interfaces with large complex legacy systems.
-
Experience supporting project management activities including developing project plans and work artifacts aligned with the project management life cycle.

Working knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) management tools such as HP Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) or Atlassian products (e.g. Jira Confluence).
