We are hiring for an exciting job opportunity for the role of IT specialist for our reputed client in Construction industry. As an IT Specialist / Network Technician you will be responsible for installing configuring and maintaining IT infrastructure including hardware software and network systems to ensure optimal performance security and reliability. The role involves troubleshooting supporting end-users managing IT assets and assisting in system upgrades security and disaster recovery initiatives.
Key Responsibilities-
Install configure and maintain hardware software and network infrastructure to ensure seamless operations and optimal system performance.

Monitor system and network performance ensuring maximum uptime and addressing any connectivity or performance issues promptly.

Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues system outages and provide technical support to end-users efficiently.

Implement and manage IT security protocols to safeguard systems against threats and vulnerabilities.

Assist in data backup management disaster recovery planning and execution.

Maintain accurate inventory of IT equipment and recommend upgrades or replacements as needed.

Perform regular system updates backups and preventive maintenance to ensure network reliability.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new technologies into existing systems.

Document IT configurations procedures and troubleshooting steps to build and maintain a technical knowledge base.

Support the setup and maintenance of VoIP systems and ensure seamless network integration for telecommunication solutions.

Participate in structured data cabling network design and infrastructure planning.

Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field.

5 years of experience in network installation maintenance or IT support roles.

Strong knowledge of enterprise networking including VLANs QoS and wireless standards (802.11).

Hands-on experience with routers switches firewalls and other network devices.

Proficiency in network monitoring tools performance optimization and LAN/WAN configuration.

Solid understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP DHCP DNS) and troubleshooting tools (ping traceroute etc.).

Experience in cloud-based networking environments such as Azure AWS or Google Cloud.

Familiarity with virtualization technologies and enterprise software integration.

Experience with VoIP systems structured cabling and physical network design.

Strong analytical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.

Ability to work independently or collaboratively in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
