Job Summary
Hiring Growth Associates to execute growth strategies analyze data and foster cross-functional teamwork. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about driving business success skilled in optimizing processes and excited to contribute to our dynamic environment.
Salary: INR 500000 - 800000 / year
Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of growth strategies in alignment with company objectives collaborating closely with product and marketing teams to implement go-to-market plans across diverse business sectors.
- Work alongside cross-functional teams including leaders in business development and revenue operations to ensure cohesion and backing for program enhancements and growth initiatives.
- Implement efficient processes and protocols to advance organizational objectives promoting a culture of innovation and effectiveness within the team.
- Contribute to crafting and executing marketing strategies balancing strategic branding efforts with lead generation and nurturing activities to meet growth objectives.
- Leverage data and analytics to drive decision-making assess marketing performance and foster a culture of structured experimentation and iteration to optimize growth
