This is a contracted role employment contract sign with 3rd party.
Join us as a Field Application Engineer (FAE) in Vietnam shaping the future of Emerson T&M (NI) and influencing country success. As an FAE youll be the marketing and technical owner in Vietnam collaborating closely with sales to drive growth. Involved in all phases from selling to production evaluation youll introduce customers to NIs technical capabilities provide technical briefings qualify opportunities and conduct competitive analysis. FAEs ensure the best customer experience by managing technical support processes absorbing cutting-edge technologies and staying abreast of industry trends.
In This Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Participate/Deliver industry events tradeshow technical workshops and seminars to drive market awareness
- Build strong technical relationships with customer inspiring confidence in NIs platform.
- Understand customer technical requirements and recommend software and hardware architectures.
- Drive NIs technical direction by being the voice of the customer.
- Document customer interactions for continuous improvement
Key Performance Objectives:
- Achieve sales objectives and account revenue targets.
- Establish strong customer relationships and become a trusted technical advisor.
- Demonstrate technical expertise in NIs software and hardware platforms.
- Provide valuable customer feedback to influence NIs product roadmap.
You gain insight into customer needs. You identify and seize new opportunities. You anticipate future trends and implications accurately.
For This Role You Will Need:
Undergraduate or graduate degree in STEM (Science Technology Engineering or Math).
0-5 years of total work experience in the relevant Test and Measurement Industry.
Experience communicating directly with customers and closely collaborating with sales.
Knowledge of LabVIEW Flexlogger Instruments Studio Pro and NI hardware is a plus
Excellent verbal written and interpersonal communication skills in local language
Fluency in English.
Travel within ASEAN
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
Concentration in Electronics and Communication Engineering.
Experience in RF Fundamentals Embedded and mixed signal measurements is an advantage.
Proficiency in NI Python C and software design patterns is an advantage.
Certification in NI LabVIEW and NI TestStand development patterns is an advantage.
- Degree and experience in Test and Measurement is an advantage
