The Plot Thickens: Job Description

• Produce short-form videos for social platforms (motion graphics live-action edits 2D animation etc.)
  
• Support proposals and create content across multiple communication channels
• Contribute to brand videos explainers and technical videos from concept to completion

• Brainstorm and develop campaign ideas with global teams
• Collaborate with designers to animate static visuals into dynamic motion assets
• Edit event highlight videos and live-action footage; occasional on-site photo/video shooting
• Showcase of our video storytelling projects: of the Protagonist (Thats You)

  The Heros Background: Qualifications

  • 1 year of experience in video editing
  • Proficient in Premiere Pro After Effects Photoshop Illustrator and CapCut
  • Strong English communication skills; comfortable working with cross-market teams
  • Experience in short-form video creation (IG Reels TikTok YouTube Shorts etc.)
  • Passion for AI trends and familiarity with generative video tools
  • Strong sense of rhythm pacing and visual storytelling
  • Basic shooting experience (photo/video)

  
  

  Bonus if you have:

  • Experience producing social video content for brands
    
  • Ability to write scripts or create storyboards
    
  • Familiarity with AI-powered video tools (e.g. Veo3 Sora Runway Midjourney Pika etc.)
