The Role
As a Commercial & Speciality Insurance Product Manager at Capco you will lead innovative product strategies and delivery within the dynamic world of insurance. Youll work closely with global teams clients and stakeholders across the London Market to shape the digital future of brokers MGAs syndicates and carriers. From underwriting and claims to data modelling and integration you will ensure end-to-end product success in one of the most regulated and evolving sectors in financial services.

What Youll Do

Lead end-to-end product management from strategy through to execution across Commercial and Speciality Insurance
Translate complex market processes (e.g. placement underwriting bordereaux) into actionable user stories and roadmaps
Define product success metrics aligned to business objectives such as data completeness and operational efficiency
Collaborate with data engineers and architects to deliver robust data models APIs and integration standards
Manage cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders up to C-suite level both internally and with clients

What Were Looking For

Proven experience as a Product Manager or Owner in Commercial and Speciality Insurance London Market or Reinsurance
Deep understanding of delegated authority frameworks and systems like PPL Whitespace and Lloyds platforms
Expertise in insurance regulations including Lloyds Blueprint Two and ACORD standards
Track record of successful digital platform delivery within insurance or adjacent financial services
Strong communication and leadership skills to engage diverse teams and stakeholders

Bonus Points For

Hands-on experience with Lloyds APIs Whitespace or other market integration tools
Familiarity with MGA models and delegated authority operations
Knowledge of AI and data product strategies including GenAI and agentic AI
Experience working with cross-border or multi-region product deliveries
Awareness of compliance risk and governance requirements in FS product development
